Her communication skills are top notch. She is friendly, professional, and always timely with her responses via text or email. Mike and his son worked on my projects and transformed my spaces. Mike and Serena were a great team to work with through some challenging Covid and supply chain issues. They worked professionally and diligently throughout our extensive kitchen remodel, as well as new plumbing and flooring throughout all the house. They always kept us in the “communication loop.” Additional they freely made suggestions and recommendations as they deemed appropriate. It has been awesome to work with Mike and Serena for our master bedroom & bath and Guest bath. It was a tough job but Mike nailed it out of the park. We are super ecstatic and blown away on the results of our shower beautiful, and Stunning with a bonus of a Jacuzzi tub to top it off. I feel like we are at the spa every time we take a shower or go in the Jacuzzi tub. What a way to relax. The detail work in there is phenomenal. Also love having a walk-in closet for all my clothes. Mike and Serena have a good visions of what things are gonna look like which is hard to see when there’s nothing there. So glad we went with All Access Construction Inc. Thank you Mike & Serena. The entire team at All Access Construction was very efficient and professional. They always responded and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were helpful and communicative throughout the process, including offering suggestions and performing additional work as needed. While we did ask them to do some additional work, it was at our request. We never felt pressured or upsold. We are delighted with the quality of their finished work. I would recommend them to anyone, and definitely hire them again without hesitation.
We hired All Access Construction to replace all 39 of our windows in the spring of 2018. It was evident from the comments and referrals from our friends that they have an excellent reputation.
